Age group allowed in play area is between 1 to 8 years.

Socks are mandatory for everyone in the Play Zone.

We don’t permit Outside photographer, decorator, food and beverages.

For safety and hygiene reasons food and beverages can be consumed in the cafe only and are not permitted in the Play Zone.

Though we have supporting staff for supervision but the responsibility for supervising the children who are attending parties remains with the party parent.

Parents/Guardians must sign the liability form before their child enters the Play Zone.

The party parent must confirm all the details of the booking 7 days in advance. Tickle Wickle cannot be held responsible for any last-minute changes.

If the guest count (kids & adults) exceeds the pre-specified number in the selected package, you will be charged INR 1200 per kid and INR 1500 per adult. And in case if there are more than 3 kids or 3 adults, You will be upgraded to the next package.

Please be mindful of the time slot. We will ring a buzzer 15 minutes before the party time slot is about to end to signal wrap up time. In addition, we allow a maximum of 30 minutes of wrap up time at the end of the party. In case of delay a fine of INR 10,000 will be charged.

All packages are exclusive of all taxes.

Photographer, Decoration and Party Add-ons are charged extra and offered on actuals.

Client has to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking. The party deposit of 50% will be deducted from the final balance; however, in the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.

Tickle Wickle cannot be held responsible for bad weather, sickness, or another force majeure. In this event the deposit is non-refundable. (can be adjusted for future bookings).

While In case of a government guideline, if the party is cancelled by Tickle Wickle, the booking amount will be adjusted for future bookings.

Charges are applicable on per head count basis. We do not count plates.

All guests will be charged at selected F&B rates.

Platinum is the only EXCLUSIVE package which will give the access to the complete floor of Café Amour.

In Case of change in Party date, extra INR 10,000 will be charged. Also, that would also depend on the availability of slot.

50% Payment at the time of booking and rest 50% needs to be paid 24hrs before the party.

Party and food packages must be combined for booking.

Nanny boxes are for INR 300 each.

Please be mindful while using the Tickle Wickle property. Damage costs needs to paid by the parties involved.
